The first ACE camera models have been ground-breaking in the 29 mm x 29 mm specification, which is similar in size to analog cameras. With the introduction of Basler's exclusive PGI image optimization package and the use of a new CMOS chip, the ACE series cameras receive further improvements in firmware capabilities and photosensitive chip technology. ace L

As with the Ace U, advances in firmware functionality also improved the performance of the Ace L. In addition, the Ace L is equipped with 9-megapixel and 12-megapixel high-resolution Sony Pregius CMOS chips and supports target surface sizes up to 1 inch. To accommodate the larger chip, the Ace L's camera housing is slightly larger than other ACE models, with a cross-section size of 40 mm x 30 mm.
